How to make sure my purchase is made?
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is placed. In case, you do not receive the confirmation email, contact our customer service at support@misfit.store.
How can I know the status of my order?
You can always track your order in real-time. Just click on the “Order Status” in your account.
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Cash on delivery Visa / Mastercard
What are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for orders above PKR 3000/-. For orders below PKR 3000, we charge PKR 300 as the delivery fee.
What are the benefits of signing up with you?
When you create an account at www.misfit.store you can access and manage your account information easily including order status or checking your complete order history.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
A product that runs out is marked as “out of stock” on the website. You can only order a product if is available on the website.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver all around Pakistan.
When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If you do not receive your order within the given time, you can contact us at support@misfit.store
