Return & Refund Policy
You can return & exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the order if the package is damaged, defective or the items are missing, or the wrong size.
After 14 days, your complaint will not be entertained. Make sure you take a photograph of the issue for our investigation. Please make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:
- You can only return items in their original condition.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, and all the tags must be attached in their original condition.
We will not accept items that are damaged, soiled, scented, worn, altered, or show signs of use. In addition, you cannot return separately placed orders as one.
Note that MISFIT reserves the right to make a final decision on return and refund. You will be informed via email if your request is accepted or not.
The refunds will be transferred to the credit card account provided within 5 working days after we receive the returned item. In case of cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with bank account details to send you the refund amount. Please note, that delivery fees are non-refundable.
To exchange an item, you will be required to mention the exchange reason and order details to customer service.
Once our customer support team approves the exchange, you will be requested to send the parcel to 4- 127G commercial g block phase 2 DHA Lahore.
Exchange processing time is 7 to 10 working days.
