While pictures of our products are displayed on our website, we do not guarantee that the colour of our products matches exactly the colour of the picture shown on your computer due to the difference of pixels in your computer.

Contract Formation

To get information about placing an order visit our shopping pages. When you place an order, you will first receive an email of acknowledgement. If we accept your order, you will receive a confirmation email (Dispatch Confirmation). In case, we are unable to supply you with the requested product, we will inform you by email. You will be paid back the full amount as soon as possible if you have already paid for the product.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the order only before you receive the confirmation email (Dispatch Confirmation) that confirms that the order has been dispatched. Otherwise, we will not refund any sums to you.
